Here is the main windows client. On the left you have the navigation area for the notebooks, tags, and saved searches. in the middle you have a the note area for either text notes or ink notes or web clippings and pictures. On the left you have the Time Band to see the notes listed by date. At the top is the title bar where the main navigation is and the search bar.
This is the main area of notes. As you can see each note has a note bar that includes the notebook, title, tags and date and time. The two little icons on the side represent to have the full note show in the window and to launch the note into a separate window for editing.

One of the greatest things about Evernote is that all of your notes are synced online so you can view them anywhere.
